The person who loaned me the books had gone to great lengths to get the complete collection (ebay, estate sales, garage sales). Have you gone to great lengths to make sure you had a complete set of books from a series?

Trixie Belden books were my favorites when I was growing up. I wanted to be her.
I have only one: The Mystery in Arizona.
Loved it as a kid and I am now passing it onto my grandson.
I loved reading those books when I was growing up. Thanks for the great memories!
I think I read an odd one of these, but my #1 super-sleuth hero was definitely Nancy Drew. I love smart girls solving mysteries! It still influences what I'm doing today!
I've never read the Trixie Belden books. I was a Nancy Drew girl.
And yes, I have gone to great lengths to make sure I have a complete set of beloved series.
I've never heard of Trixie Bedlen, but she sounds awesome! I haven't gone to great lengths to get a collection, but I thought about it. Babysitters Club all the way!
I think I read a couple of Trixie's. I was more into Nancy Drew. And, no, I haven't gone on the hunt for a complete set of something, yet.
Very nice to see Trixie mentioned. I liked her more than Nancy Drew, although I can't remember specifically why.
