V- Virginia Shreves. The main character in the book The Earth, My Butt and Other Big Round Things by Carolyn Mackler. I love this book and this character. Virginia feels like she doesn't fit into her family. They are all thin and successful and she has learned to live by the "Fat Girl Code of Conduct". I love the humor in this book and howVirginia grows as a person and learns to accept herself.
What trait about yourself have you learned to accept over the years?

I need to read this book. I've seen other reviews on it, and I'm intrigued. Plus, what a great title!
I don't think I've accepted my imperfections, yet.

I hadn't heard of this book before, but the title cracks me up. I'm going to have to add this to my list.
LOVE this book! One of my all-time favs.
I've been wanting to read this for the longest time. Thanks for the reminder! Ordering it now.
I definitely want to read this book!
I've long since accepted my physical trait of having poor vision. Now I'm dealing with possible hearing loss!
One personality trait that I don't like about myself is that I cannot lie. Life would be so much easier if I could do that.
